This is just a fun piece of Japanese pop music, something I haven’t heard in a while. A lot of J-pop falls into one of three categories: anime OST, candy-laced visual kei or attempts at R&B. KEI_HAYASH1, however, falls somewhere in a phantom fourth category: good ol’-fashioned pop. Nothing terrible nuanced, but certainly something that works to highlight the brightness of the production and the quality of his voice.
