Musically, this is a gorgeous album. Lyrically, there are moments of real honesty sans the need to prove the size and girth of his manhood. The delivery is uninspired. The music and some thoughtful lyricism do make up for some of that. But as an entire package, it’s a bit off. Not terrible. But something doesn’t quite click. Still a worthwhile listen at least once.
